Operator assisted National and International calls. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We can put you through to the destination you want to call but remember you must have your Bluesky 4-digit PIN number ready for the Operator.
FAULTS - DIAL 120
For all technical faults relating to telephone lines, Marama, Internet Service and Bluesky supplied equipment. We fix all faults during normal business hours Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.30pm. Faults can be reported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A special service fee is applicable for urgent repairs.
DIRECTORY SERVICE:
LOCAL & NATIONAL - DIAL 010
Our 24 hour Directory service is available to our Local and National customers but we stress please know the name or address of the person you need to call. A service fee is charged per call.
CABLE LAYING - DIAL 124
Damaging our cables could be expensive for you and could cut access to important services for others in the area. So contact Customer Services before you dig and we'll help you find the location of telephone cables in your area. If you are building a new home or business, contact us so that we can arrange telephone services to your new home or office.

MALICIOUS CALLS - DIAL 123
All local calls can be traced by Bluesky.
The Call Trace is provided for a period of 1 month.
NOTE: A service fee of $25.00 applies.
Once the Service is installed you must call 158 to request the number that you are tracing. Bluesky, Telecom Cook Islands Ltd will not provide the name of the owner of the telephone number.
If you receive a threatening, obscene, abusive or nuisance call, remain calm. Don't be tempted to react - hang up immediately and take a note of the time of the call before contacting us to do the call trace.
If the calls become serious and involve threats to life, contact the police immediately.
Your Telephone Book is updated once a year and a free copy is available to every home and business.
Bluesky customers are entitled to a free standard listing for their telephone service.
Unless otherwise advised, your name and telephone details will normally be published in the next edition of the Telephone Book. It will also be available by Bluesky Directory Assistance to help other people find your number.
For an additional charge, we can print your name in capital letters and bold. Other listing options are also available.
Extra copies of the Telephone Book are available for $15.
