How do I get my bill?
You will be sent your monthly account statement within 10 days after the end of each month. All accounts are payable by the 20th of the month following the statement date. You can be sent your account statement by email or by post.
By Mail:
Your bill is printed and posted to your nominated PO Box or Depot collection point.
