st September we upgraded the platform that reports internet usage. Unfortunately for various reasons we have discovered an issue which means that, for some customers, the usage site is showing higher than actual usage.
Our team is working very hard to address this as quickly as we can.
This issue will not impact your monthly bill, just the usage meter.
