This has been resolved.

We would like to inform our valued customers there is currently an internet outage with our O3b service. The internet service in the interim has been switched to the GEOSAT service. Customers will be experiencing times of slow connection speeds.

The issue is caused by the gateway controlled by O3b in Hawaii. Our team of satellite and internet technicians are currently working with O3b technicians abroad to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

We will continue to give updates as new information is available.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work towards resolving this outage and apologise for the inconvenience caused. Meitaki Maata
