O3B Outage - 2 hour outage - RESOLVED

Internet services were suddenly disrupted during the early hours of this morning due to a power issue at O3b's International Gateway Center in Hawaii. The outage affected Internet, International voice and Inbound Roaming services. Bluesky technical staff had to use a satellite phone to contact the Centre in Hawaii to find out what was happening. Services were restored around 2.30am this morning.
Bluesky is currently working on implementing changes to the exisiting network to mitigate the impact on these services during a major O3b outage.
